Spotlight Special: Secret Service Showroom

Secret Service Showroom is a multi-line contemporary apparel showroom based in Los Angeles, that is the creative collaboration between two very rad ladies, Robelene Montes and Melissa Green.

Situated in a penthouse suite with panoramic views of the surrounding urban skylines, the showroom has an industrial-chic, downtown vibe with vintage flares and trendy collections. Beyond the showroom, Melissa and Robelene are very fond of laughs, tattoos, jameson, and dogs.

Secret Service Showroom houses everything from great jersey basics to denim and outerwear to conceptually creative garbs. Collections include Denim of Virtue, Upper Class, JAK, Destroyed by Fame, V43, The Bohemian Society, Future Heretics, and Max & Mia (private label only).

Here are a few major pieces I was obsessing over last week…

This is the ultimate summertime throw & go outfit. Pictured: Upper Class tank and Denim of Virtue "Integrity" zipper cuff highwaist short. I'm loving the vintage stamp print on the tank and acid wash and zipper trim on the shorts.

Denim of Virtue "Integrity" short

Max & Mia sheer black long sleeve, lace inset, tie scoop neck top; styled with The Bohemian Society black asymmetrical shoulder rabbit and python trim vest and The Bohemian Society drawstring Arabian print short, as also seen below.

The second I walked into the showroom I immediately gravitated to this amazing leather moto vest by Future Heretics. All the snaps, zippers, pockets, and stitching details are still making me go gaga. Thank you also to the always dependable intern Kelli Allison for letting me use your body (lower right).

Tapping into a more rocker side, I love this outfit because of the understated details and textures. Red distressed leather crop jacket by The Bohemian Society, layered grey and black mesh swing tank by Destroyed By Fame, black "lazor beam legging" by Future Heretics, necklace my own.

Secret Service Showroom is located at: 824 Los Angeles St., Suite 500 Los Angeles CA 90014, in the heart of the fashion district.   Check out their website at and blog, Clothing & Chandeliers.
