Holiday 2012 Party Style

holiday party style 2012

Now that we are officially in the eye of the holiday storm {seriously… when did December get here… and where did the first week of it go, along with October and November?!}, outfits need to be finalized. While I have been diving into curated gift stories the past week on ATM, {and will continue on with them until next week,}  I have also been scouring the Market to find the best holiday party looks for the season.

From sheer panels to metallic lace, the above 5 looks are on trend, season appropriate, and are begging to be played in. Looks 1 & 5 are a little fancier than the others, and would be perfect for more formal holiday parties {think fancy venue on a Saturday night}. That being said, looks 2 & 4 I would wear out with friends, or to a holiday house party. The prints are flirty and fun. Finally, although I will not be able to make my work holiday party this year {for the very good reason I will be halfway around the globe…}, I would wear the middle {third} look to a work party. It is conservative enough to wear in a corporate setting {with a blazer}, but yet sassy enough to move from the desk to dinner and beyond.  Find the looks here, left to right:

1. Jill Stuart Estele DressYves Saint Laurent Mirrored-Heel Metallic Elaphe Pumps
2. Nanette Lepore Animal Show Printed DressElizabeth & James Love Strappy Sandals

If in need of hair style inspo to go with any of these looks, I would highly suggest checking THIS out.
